Lincoln Trail Behavioral Health System is a 77-bed facility situated on a beautifully landscaped, 20 acre campus.

AVAILABILITY: Free, Confidential assessment 24 hours a day/7days a week.

SERVICES: We provide Inpatient, Day Treatment, Intensive Outpatient, Traditional Outpatient Programs for Adults and Adolescents with psychiatric and chemical dependency issues. Lincoln Trail Behavioral Health System also has the Willows Program for sexually reactive adolescent females. We also have Anger Management therapy, Individual therapy, and Medication Management for adolescents and adults at our outpatient clinic at 750 W. Lincoln Trail Blvd. in Radcliff. SERVICE AREA: Primary area is the Lincoln Trail Area Development District, but patients

come from areas throughout the state.

ELIGIBILITY: Adolescents 9-17, Adults 18 years and older.

FEES: Covered by most major insurance companies, as well as Tricare, Medicare, & Medicaid.

SERVICES: Education, self-help groups, individual and group therapy, and family counseling, Outpatient services, DUI treatment.

SERVICE AREA: Lincoln Trail Area and outreach throughout the U.S.

ELIGIBILITY: Anyone who suffers from alcohol or drug dependency.

FEES: Services are covered by most major insurance companies, Medicaid & Medicare. A sliding fee scale also offers another payment option.

SERVICES: KIDS NOW is a Communicare program concerned with preventing drug and alcohol affected babies. Staff collaborates with a variety of community agencies in order to identify women to invite to universal prevention services, which are open to all pregnant or up to 60 days-postpartum women.

SERVICES: The Early Intervention Programs in Kentucky serve youth through collaboration with the Court Designated Worker Program and through court referrals. Youth, age 12-17, who have drug or alcohol related offenses are eligible for services. A variety of tools are used to place each youth in the appropriate prevention education curriculum, or to refer them for further assessment. If a youth demonstrates the need for education, those services will be provided by the Early Intervention Specialist. Youth needing treatment for chemical dependency will be given appropriate referral options, which may include clinical assessment and group or individual counseling.

FEES: Fees are self-pay as determined by Kentucky Revised Statute
