OFFICE HOURS: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday-Friday)
SERVICES: Adoption, Foster Care, Adult Services, Protective Services, Family Services, Juvenile Services and Day Care Services. Investigates reports of possible abuse/neglect of children and adults. Placement planning for the elderly.
ELIGIBILITY: Based on need. Sometimes by court order.

Provides fair, compassionate treatment for victims and witnesses of violent crimes to ensure they are not lost nor forgotten in the legal process. These crimes include murder, reckless homicide, manslaughter, sexual or physical abuse, spouse or child abuse, robbery, kidnapping, wanton endangerment, and residential burglary.
OFFICE HOURS: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST (Monday-Friday)
SERVICES: Help victims understand their rights and keep informed of all court dates.
Accompany victims and witnesses to court. Provide emotional support, and help file forfinancial aid through the Crime Victim Compensation Board. Notify victims when criminals are released into custody. Inform victims and witnesses of all probation or parole hearings so they may have input to the process. Identify services needed by victims, witnesses, and their families and refer to appropriate agencies.
SERVICE AREA: Breckinridge, Grayson, and Meade counties.
ELIGIBILITY: Must be a victim or witness of a violent crime, or a family member or survivor of a victim or witness.
