SERVICES: Circulate books and magazines in braille or recorded on cassette tape to those who cannot read printed matter due to a physical disability. Books and magazines are mailed free matter between the library and its patrons.

SERVICE AREA: Statewide

ELIGIBILITY: To qualify for service, patrons must be blind, visually disabled, physically

disabled (unable to hold a book or turn its pages) or have a learning disability such as dyslexia.

FEES: All services are free of charge.

SPEAKERS SERIES: Sponsored by the Kentucky Humanities Council in Cooperation with the Breckinridge County Public Library, the local historical society, and the local extension homemakers’ office. Meets the last Monday of September, October, November, February, March and April. Sessions begin at 6:30 p.m.
