OFFICE HOURS: Administration 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday-Friday)

Hospital – 24 hours a day/7 days a week

SERVICES: Inpatient & Outpatient psychiatric care for:

Children: 5-12

Adolescents: 13-17

Adults: 18 and older

Alcohol/CD Program for Adolescents ages 13-17.

SERVICE AREA: State of Kentucky

ELIGIBILITY: Based on assessed need, assessment done free of charge.

FEES: Most insurances are accepted, as well as Medicaid & Medicare.
