Services: A comprehensive program that provides a variety of health, social and related support services in a protective setting. Assists participants to remain in the community. Respite services available on an as needed basis.

Service Area: Hardin and surrounding counties.

Eligibility: Persons will be screened according to program guidelines.

Fees: Private pay, long-term care, insurance, and Home Community Based Waiver Program. Clients may be eligible through the Kentucky Adult Day Care Service’s program. Clients of this program are charged according to a sliding fee scale.
